Miles Davis ブートレッグシリーズ「That's What Happened 1981-1985」を９月１３日にリリース

およそ10年間、マイルス・デイヴィスのブートレッグ・シリーズが継続してリリースされてきました。

ボックスセットに収録されるトラックリストのほとんどは数十年にわたるライブ音源を収めたもの。今回、コロンビアはその第7弾シリーズのリリースを発表しました。このアルバムにはこれまでお蔵入りとなっていたスタジオ音源が多数収録されています。

3CDのボックス・セットとしてリリースされる新しいコンピレーションは、『That's What Happened』と名付けられ、1982年から1985年までの演奏を網羅しています。この最初のディスクには、1983年の『Star People』と1984年の『Decoy』のセッションで録音された音源が収録されている。もう1枚は、1983年7月7日のデイヴィスのモントリオールでのライヴ、さらには、最後の1枚は、1985年の『You're Under Arrest』のアウトテイクによって構成されています。
