DIIV 『Frog in Boiling Water』のリードシングル「Brown Paper Bag」のMVを公開 ツアー日程を発表

DIIVが次のアルバム『Frog in Boiling Water』のリードシングル「Brown Paper Bag」の新しいビデオを公開した。Limp Bizkitのフロントマン、フレッド・ダーストの紹介が行われ、サタデー・ナイト・ライブのパフォーマンスのような形で撮影されている。以下よりチェック。

ビデオと同時に、DIIVはツアーの日程も発表した。最近の米国や英国のバンドの大半はヨーロッパのライブ市場を重視し、ツアー日程を組むようになっている。これはヨーロッパのライブ市場が拡大傾向にあり、大きな試金石となる可能性があることに拠る。この傾向が例えば、アジア圏などのライブ市場にいかなる影響を及ぼすのかについては明言するまでもないかもしれない。

 

DIIVは、３月にはオランダ、フランス、イギリス、ドイツ、スイスを始め、ヨーロッパ各地をツアーし、6月から米国ツアーを開始する。カリフォルニア州サンタクルーズを皮切りに、8月5日の地元ニューヨークのブルックリンのパラマウント・シアターで行われるライブでツアーを締めくくる。
